Meet the Founders

Ola was built by Casey Mathis and Jacky Umana, two professionals who believe that design is only as good as the team who delivers it. With years of experience shaping residential and commercial spaces and managing complex projects, they share a simple philosophy: show up, listen closely, and do exactly what we say we will. Their approach blends creativity with accountability — ensuring every pool is as thoughtfully designed as it is flawlessly built.

  • With extensive experience across various roles in the plant and design industries, Casey has successfully grown companies while cultivating a reputation for excellence. Her strengths in multitasking and project management, combined with her expertise as a horticulturist and knowledge of the construction industry, enable her to deliver high-quality work with a results-driven approach. Outside of work, Casey embraces an adventurous lifestyle, enjoying motorcycling, travel, and outdoor activities.

    Despite her numerous accomplishments, Casey remains deeply rooted in her passion for nature and sustainability. She works with enthusiasm, sharing her love for the outdoors and inspiring others to appreciate the natural world. Casey is also a partner in the heavily-awarded landscape design company, Eden and brings this expertise to her work at Ola.


  • For Jacky, construction has always been more than building — it’s about creating spaces where life unfolds. Growing up in Austin, she was immersed in her family’s painting and contracting business, which her father has owned for more than 45 years. Watching him transform custom homes with care and precision instilled in her a lifelong respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and the art of detail.

    Carrying that foundation forward, Jacky went on to establish multiple construction companies of her own. She has built her reputation on trust, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to quality — values that guide every project and every client relationship.

    With Ola, Jacky channels her experience and passion into the world of high-end pools. She sees each pool not simply as a structure, but as a centerpiece of lifestyle — a place to gather, relax, and connect. Every project is crafted with intention, elevating outdoor living into something extraordinary.
